It's the fundamental IDP to become an R1 STDA Instructor, and can propose OC courses without decompression.
The workshop develops the skills and knowledge to manage the theory, dry lab class sessions and following the confined and open water class sessions.
The instructor candidate learn how to plan and present theory sessions in an efficient and professional manner and how to use the STDA website to porpouse and advertising activities and courses.
After passing the final evaluation, the new instructor will be enabled to propose :
X-OVER program
For instructors of other agencies is possible to attend a customized x-over workshop, that will cover all STDA standards and all the theoretical and in-water STDA procedures and skills requested.
The knowledge of hogartian configuration and 'DIR' philosophy is requested.
This part can be covered attending, before the IDP, the 'Fundamentals - Intro to Tech' workshop.
Passing the IDP, the new STDA instructor will receive a password and info how to access STDA website, advertising his activities and courses.
